All selected chili judges report in for instructions and preparation, while Chef's make those last few touches to the chili. After sampling the chili, sneak over to the sweets and vote for your favorite dessert baked by a Big 12 Alum!

COOK-OFF GUIDELINES
Judges will score all chili entries on taste and smell. The total combined scores will determine our top three winners, and the chili with the highest combined score wins the coveted Porker Trophy. We like to have each school represented in judging. If you are interested in being a judge, check in at the Judge's table by noon. Chefs can not be official judges
Big XII Alumni will have their chance to pick their favorite, hottest, and most original chili, as well as their favorite dessert!
In these contests anything goes bribery is an option! Ballots are available at the check-in table, sample the good eats, mark your selection for each category, and drop the ballot in the voting box! Total votes for each category will be tabulated, and the entry with the most votes in each category wins! Multi-voting is allowed! Have fun!!
